Delivery
Prints are delivered by First Class post. Delivery time is normally 7 working days.
Links to download digital copies are sent by email as soon as your payment is cleared.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your prints or downloads please do get in touch via the Contact page. I will arrange reprints or issue a refund to value of the prints and postage charges. Normally there is no need to return the original prints.
Refunds
Damaged, unsatisfactory or undelivered prints will be replaced as soon as possible, or a full refund will be made if you prefer. Please get in touch via the Contact page if you have any problems or want to request a refund.
